The Casström No.3 Dangler is an innovative accessory designed to improve how you carry your knife sheath. By allowing your knife to hang lower from the waist, the Dangler ensures that it moves naturally with your body, making activities like running, climbing, and sitting much more comfortable.

This simple yet effective accessory not only increases your mobility but also provides a practical solution for complying with knife-carrying laws. When entering built-up areas or nearby camp shops, for example, easily detach your knife sheath and stow it in your pack, then reattach it to the dangler when you are back in the wilds! You can use the D-Ring for lots of different purposes, for example, to hang up the equipment, or anchor a dog leash to your waist. It can also be used for suspending a tarp or hammocks.

Note the D-ring should not be used for climbing since a fall can create forces that exceed 400kg even if the person is not heavy.

The loop on the XL version can accommodate belts up to 6 cm wide. The Danglern's D-ring accepts knife sheaths up to 34 mm wide.
